Features: 1. This unit is mainly composed of a plastic extruder, an air ring, a machine head device, a traction device, a cooling device, a heating expansion device, a winding device, a heating system, and an electronic control device.
2. The key components of the screw and barrel are made of high-quality 38GrMoAIA alloy steel, which has undergone precision machining and ammonification treatment, and has high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and other properties;
3. Adopting a new type of screw with a length diameter of 1:26, it is suitable for mixing and plasticizing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastics with high melt viscosity and poor thermal stability, with superior plasticization degree;
