The shell design of the electric furnace adopts a double-layer forced air cooling structure, which makes the external temperature of the furnace shell close to room temperature when the electric furnace works at high maximum temperature, avoiding accidental injuries.
The temperature control method adopts internationally advanced temperature controllers: with 30 segment programmable PID self-tuning, automatic heating and cooling, no need for duty. Temperature control accuracy ± 1 ºC.
The temperature controlled safety electric furnace adopts integrated circuits, module control, and dual circuit protection (including temperature deviation protection, ultra-high temperature protection, couple breaking protection, overcurrent protection, overpressure protection, etc.) to ensure stable, reliable, and safe operation of the electric furnace.
The maximum heating rate is 20 ºC/min, and it is recommended to have a heating rate of 10 ºC/min
The furnace material adopts internationally advanced lightweight alumina ceramic fiber, which has excellent insulation effect, light weight, high temperature resistance, resistance to rapid cooling and heating, no cracks, no crystallization, no slag falling, and no need to worry about polluting the fired products. The energy-saving effect is 60% -80% of that of old-fashioned electric furnaces.
The furnace design adopts a stepped assembly structure that integrates the laws of mechanics, effectively ensuring uniform force distribution during the heating process, preventing heat loss, and extending the service life of the furnace.
