1, Design Basis
The design scheme of the 5t/h hot air blast furnace is mainly based on the production and manufacturing standards of the former Ministry of Machinery and Electronics of China, and fully absorbs the successful technology of advanced furnace types in Germany and Japan. Combined with the mature experience of production, manufacturing, and commissioning of this type of blast furnace in recent years, the equipment design is more reasonable, the operation is reliable, the operating cost is low, and the operation is simple.
2, Description of a 5t/h hot air blast furnace
2.1 Manufacturing instructions for 5T/H single wind turbine self heating cupola:
The main body of the furnace is the main part of the blast furnace. We use 8mm thick Q235 steel plate, and the circumferential and straight seams are welded by automatic welding machines. The rest are welded by DC welding machines and inverter welding machines, manufactured according to the national second-class pressure vessel production process and standards. The air outlet design adopts advanced German technology and is equipped with air ducts to effectively ensure the concentration of air entering the furnace. A feeding port transition section is installed between the feeding port and the hot air bladder, which is a patented technology of our company. Its structure is a double cylinder structure, with the outer cylinder fixed on the platform and the inner cylinder freely expanding and contracting with cold and hot air, effectively alleviating the thermal expansion problem caused by the hot air blast furnace, thereby extending the life of the furnace body and hot air bladder.
2.2 5T/H Single Duct Self Heating Cupola Working Instructions: The cold air sent from the fan enters the heat exchanger through the inlet located at the lower part of the heat exchanger. The cold air is evenly blown from the lower part to the upper part of the heat exchanger through the vertical ribs in the gap between the inner and outer walls of the heat exchanger. After heat exchange, a part of the air enters the second exhaust port of the blast furnace through the large air duct, and the other part enters the first exhaust port of the blast furnace through the small air duct.
