1. Bag-feeding packaging machine
Equipment introduction
(1) The cam is made of Japanese steel and processed using 24 Japanese processing techniques. Long service life, lifetime maintenance and after-sales commitment.
(2) Using PLC control for one click adjustment, 8 workstations can be changed to their respective positions simultaneously, and the entire process only takes 5 seconds. Then place the replaced bags into each bag compartment, rotate the handwheel to adjust the width of the bag compartment, and push the rear top rod to the same length as the bag to easily change the specifications. There is no need to use a wrench to adjust from the first workstation to the last workstation like a horizontal bag feeding machine, which solves the problem of quickly replacing and putting into production products of different specifications every day.
(3) Adopting integral casting, the machine clamp is on the basis of corrosion resistance, making cleaning more convenient. The machine clamp is made of stainless steel and the soft and hard sides of the clamp skin are designed to withstand a tensile force of 5 kilograms, avoiding the phenomenon of bag detachment caused by vacuum suction bag movement in a straight line feeding bag, air hole blockage or insufficient air source during operation in a dusty environment.
(4) Using a 360 degree indexing system, the 8 workstations do not affect each other. If the bag opening is unsuccessful, the material will not be cut or sealed, which will not cause waste of bags. The linear system adopts a team like disassembly action, and each workstation affects each other. If one workstation has a problem, the entire machine cannot operate.
(5) The bag opening method adopts the German  vacuum system. The self-supporting bag at the bottom of the bag can be opened synchronously up and down, and the compressed air blowing bag opening double opening mode ensures stable and efficient bag opening.
(6) The whole machine table is wrapped in 304 stainless steel and can be equipped with a water tank. The electrical control part adopts a cantilever design that is detached from the mechanical structure, and the whole machine can be washed with water.
7) The four station dust removal system adopts hopper dust removal, dust removal motion trajectory dust removal, and bag mouth dust removal. The dust removal machine is an efficient variable frequency industrial dust removal machine, with adjustable air volume levels 1-3 and a screen that can be adjusted according to the actual size of the dust. It is equipped with 6 PE+PTFE high-efficiency filters, which have higher dust removal efficiency and better effect than other manufacturers' bag dust removal machines or single filter or double filter dust removal machines. The filter element can be washed with water, and the timed pulse blowback time limit can be adjusted on the screen, with a pulse time of up to seconds. (8) Adopting the Siemens control system from Germany, equipped with dual blade sealing and dual hot or cold sealing design, the bag mouth is subjected to more uniform force, and the temperature difference between the dual blades is kept within ± 1 degree. The bag mouth is instantly heated and sealed with a dust removal device, resulting in a powder free bag mouth and a more secure and beautiful seal.
(9) The electrical components of the entire machine are sourced from top international brands such as Siemens, Omron, and Delta, ensuring stable performance. The quality ensures that the equipment can operate continuously and stably for 24 hours.
(10) All sports bearings and engineering plastics are first tier brands from Germany's EGGS and Japan's NSK. They are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and can work stably and efficiently in harsh working environments for a long time. The service life of domestic bearings is 3-5 times longer.
