Previous Case:
Installation and debugging: For the one-piece type sterilizer, no need installation separately.
The step is mainly about those 6 steps:
Step one: molds making.
Step two: mold injection machine; the consumption material is PP for the barrel, plunger, gasket and needle.
Step three: syringe barrel printing machine; the consumption material is print ink and silicon oil.
Step four: syringe parts assembly machine;Step five: blister package machine;the consumption.  
Step five: blister package machine;the consumption material is package paper and package film.
Step six: E.O Sterilizer;he consumption material is E.O.Gas Mixture.

Reliability of the main components	The main components (SCADA software, industrial computer, vacuum pump, circulation pump, air compressor, chamber seal system, temperature/humidity/pressure sensors) can run at least 500 circles of sterilization as normal.
