Equipment functional features:
1. The overall frame is made of SUS304 food grade stainless steel, and the contact material is made of 316L material. The overall frame is thick and the material is sufficient. 2. The punching knife is driven by a motor, a film pulling servo motor, and a sealing pneumatic mechanism. Overall, it can ensure the stable operation of all parts of the equipment;
3. Using a punching die for one-time molding, the incision is smooth, without any misalignment or burrs;
4. Two levels of buffer rods have been added to the recycling of equipment waste film, making the punching position more precise;
5. Heating components and moving parts are hidden in protective areas, connected to electrical cabinets, and strictly implemented in accordance with electrical standards;
6. Both the movable bearings and guide rods have oil filling ports, which provide lubrication and are not easily worn out;
7. Fully pneumatic control includes metering and bag making, with simple operation and minimal wear and tear in the later stages, reducing the need for component replacement;
8. The film rack is adjustable as a whole and equipped with a digital adjustment handle;
9.Measurement feeding (filling head): Each column has an independent pump head and material bucket, and the filling materials can be combined as needed;
10. A separate gas storage tank with a grabbing bag is added, and many factories are equipped with vacuum generators. We are equipped with a gas storage tank and a vacuum pump, which are used to control the stable operation of the air pressure in the bag grabbing area;
11. The punching knife is made of special materials and craftsmanship imported from Japan, and it does not deform when used. And the punching knife can be adjusted in height as a whole, humanized.
