I.Introduction to Equipment Scheme 
The project is designed as a fully continuous operation, with a daily processing capacity of 40-50 tons per set, which means that one set can meet the requirements. The equipment covers an area of 10M * 55M meters per unit (including the feeding system operation area, slag discharge operation area, excluding tire crushing area, carbon black deep processing area, ineffective combustion chamber, and exhaust gas centralized treatment and emission area).
(1) Feeding system
The main raw materials for this project are waste tires, all of which are purchased externally. Part of the purchased waste tires have been crushed into rubber particles/powder, and some are in intact condition. The raw materials are stored in the raw material yard after entering the factory. During production, the crushed rubber powder/granule raw materials are directly fed into the XY-9 horizontal rotary environmentally friendly low-temperature micro negative pressure pyrolysis processor device through an automatic feeding machine; The intact waste tires are crushed into rubber particles by a waste tire crusher and then fed into the XY-9 horizontal rotary environmentally friendly low-temperature micro negative pressure pyrolysis processor device through an automatic feeder. The crushing of waste tires in this project adopts secondary crushing and primary rolling separation. After primary crushing, the size of the waste tire pieces is about 10cm, and after secondary crushing and rubber breaking, the size of the waste tire pieces is not more than 1cm. The steel wire and rubber are separated by rolling and magnetic separation.
2) Thermal decomposition treatment system
The waste tire rubber particles entering the pyrolysis furnace are heated indirectly using natural gas or fuel oil as a heat source under micro negative pressure. The waste tire rubber particles inside the pyrolysis furnace are pyrolyzed through heat transfer. When the temperature inside the pyrolysis kettle reaches 200 ºC or above, the three-dimensional network structure and large molecule rubber are pyrolyzed into low molecular weight hydrocarbon molecules (i.e. light component oil and gas), which are then released through the steam drum buffer and cooled in the condenser to separate the liquefiable part, thereby obtaining high-value clean rubber additives and other resource materials; Non condensable gas below C5, also known as synchronous gas, is buffered in a buffer tank before entering a gas purification tank to remove a small amount of particulate matter. The processed gas enters the heating base at the bottom of the processor and is used as heating fuel for combustion, serving as a heat source for a micro negative pressure pyrolysis furnace. This not only saves fuel energy but also does not pollute the environment.
(3) Gas processing system
The pyrolysis gas generated by the pyrolysis furnace is buffered and depressurized by the steam drum, and first enters the condenser for cooling. The liquefiable part is separated to obtain high-value clean rubber additives and other resource-based substances, which are stored in storage tanks for temporary storage and sold externally; The residual exhaust gas after condensation is mainly low-carbon hydrocarbon combustible gas (non condensable gas below C5). The non condensable gas is first buffered in a buffer tank and then enters a gas purification tank to remove a small amount of particulate matter. The processed gas enters the heating base at the bottom of the processor as heating fuel for combustion, serving as a heat source for a micro negative pressure pyrolysis furnace, which not only saves fuel energy but also does not pollute the environment; The flue gas generated after combustion enters the spray tower and mixes with the alkali solution pumped by the water pump (alkali solution is mixed in the water tank). At this time, the alkaline substances in the alkali solution react with the acidic substances in the flue gas to achieve the purpose of removing the acidic substances in the flue gas. After the flue gas is neutralized by acid and alkali, the recycled alkali solution flows back into the water tank to complete the desulfurization and dust removal treatment of the flue gas, and the cleaned flue gas is discharged externally.
(4) Slag removal system
After the pyrolysis is completed, the carbon black enters the water-cooled closed slag discharge device through the spiral discharge machine. The carbon black at the outlet of the slag discharge device is transported to the material bin by the centralized conveying equipment. The collected carbon black is loaded into carbon black storage bags and transported to the carbon black storage area. The entire production process is automated and connected through pipeline sealing, with a high degree of automation and environmental protection without pollution.

IV. Overview of the Process Flow of XY-9-P Continuous Cracking Equipment
After the waste tires are crushed to a certain degree by the pre-treatment device, they enter the fully continuous pyrolysis equipment through the automatic feeding device. The fully continuous pyrolysis equipment continues to feed, and the raw materials enter the pyrolysis furnace and start to decompose. When the pyrolyzed tires reach the discharge hole, all pyrolysis is completed. The charcoal residue is discharged and collected through the high-temperature slag discharge system, and the oil and gas are cooled by the cooling device. All that can be liquefied are liquefied into oil and collected in the tank. Those that cannot be liquefied are purified by the device and enter the combustion chamber of the equipment as fuel for combustion. The smoke after combustion is discharged through the flue gas treatment system to meet certain standards. This project has no sewage or solid waste discharge, and is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.
