Brief description of the process flow:
1. The qualified raw materials are evenly sent to the belt conveyor through an equal amount feeder, and then fed into the drum dryer by a screw feeder. Through heat exchange with the high-temperature medium (residual heat of the carbonization host) inside the dryer, the drying is completed. The dried qualified raw materials are directly sent to the carbonization host screw feeder through a closed screw conveyor;
2. The liquefied gas liquid in the liquefied gas and liquid phase bottle is heated and gasified by a gasifier (or directly supplied with natural gas), and then pre heated to the carbonization host through an automatic ignition burner; When the internal temperature of the carbonization machine rises to a certain degree, it begins to feed into the main carbonization machine. The raw materials pass through the high-temperature baking section, cracking section, and cooling section in the lean oxygen carbonization furnace to complete the high-temperature cracking and carbonization process. When the raw materials reach a certain temperature during the cracking process, they begin to crack and produce flue gas. After being processed, purified, and separated by the recovery system, the flue gas is sent to the high-temperature combustion chamber for combustion and loss treatment through a high-temperature fan (at this time, the temperature of the high-temperature combustion chamber reaches over 1000 ºC, and the residence time of the flue gas is over 3S. At this time, harmful substances such as tar are lost with high temperature). A part of the lost hot gas is supplied to the carbonization host as a heating source (in direct contact with the carbonization host without flame, increasing the service life of the equipment). The waste heat after heating is sent into the dryer through the residual heat fan as a high-temperature medium. The other part of the excess heat is cooled and sent to the exhaust gas treatment device for compliance with emission standards. (Excess heat can also be used to drive waste heat boilers or for other purposes)
3. At this point, the use of liquefied gas or natural gas to heat the main unit can be gradually stopped until it is turned off, and only the pyrolysis flue gas from the raw material pyrolysis carbonization can be used (if the calorific value of the raw material pyrolysis gas is insufficient, an external heat source needs to be supplemented). From now on, the equipment can continuously feed and produce finished products, entering the continuous carbonization stage.
4. All exhaust emissions from this process are purified and treated by exhaust gas treatment equipment to meet national emission standards for discharge. The water used for the cooling system and spray system in this process is recycled through the water circulation system and not discharged (the water temperature in the cooling water tank should be below 40 ºC).
5. Due to the need to maintain the temperature of the high-temperature combustion chamber above 1000 ºC, when the pyrolysis gas is insufficient, liquefied gas or natural gas needs to be used to supplement the heat source and maintain the temperature.
6. After carbonization, the finished product is sent to a sealed triple cooling spiral conveyor for cooling before being transported to a material bin or yard, and then packaged and sold or further processed according to customer needs.
7. Deep processing of carbon rods: After being ground and crushed at room temperature, adhesive is added and enters the forming machine. Then, the carbon rods are dried and packaged for sale.
8. This process has the following advantages compared to traditional carbonization process:
a, High degree of automation, simple operation, and guaranteed uniform carbon quality;
b, This process does not use the traditional direct combustion carbonization process, but instead uses the waste heat and hot air from the high-temperature combustion chamber to heat the carbonization process, avoiding the disadvantages of uneven heating caused by the direct combustion heating process and easy deformation of the cylinder body. Therefore, the service life of the cylinder body is extended by about twice;
c, Due to the use of hot air heating carbonization technology, the host is uniformly heated, and the heating zone can be extended to 8-10 meters. The insulation room of the heating zone is made of high-temperature resistant insulation cotton, with a thickness of 200-250mm for the insulation layer,
