II. Materials, manufacturing processes and manufacturing precision of key components
1. Each machine base, support and frame adopts steel plate welding structure and is annealed to eliminate internal stress to ensure that the machine parts have high mechanical strength and precision stability; each machined surface should be coated with anti-rust oil during manufacturing, assembly and transportation, and the non-machined surface should be cleaned and sprayed with anti-rust primer.
2. Rollers and pinch rollers are forged in accordance with the "Technical Conditions for Working Rollers of Metal Sheet Correction Machines", and are subjected to overall tempering and surface quenching treatments; the processing accuracy shall not be lower than the value specified in the standard.
III. General technical requirements for production lines:
1. The production line shall be manufactured in accordance with the relevant project requirements of "Main Technical Parameters". The seller may make appropriate adjustments to the contents specified in the specification on the basis of meeting the buyer's requirements.
2. There is no abnormality in vibration, noise, etc. of the production line and it complies with relevant national standards.
3. When hydraulic components and hydraulic stations are used, maintained and serviced normally according to the instructions, there will be no leakage or natural damage, and the conditions for timely replacement or maintenance will be provided to users.
4. Welding requirements:

The weld appearance dimensions of all welded parts should be uniform in height, width and narrowness, and the connection with the parent material should be smooth. Spatter removal and necessary grinding should be carried out to make the surface ripples uniform and beautiful.
The welded joints shall be free of defects such as cracks, cold welds, slag inclusions, burn-throughs, weld bumps, undercuts, pores, etc.
5. The main steel plate welded structural parts are subjected to aging and annealing treatment after welding to eliminate the welding internal stress and ensure their high strength and high precision stability.
6. The finished surfaces of the production line are coated with anti-rust oil during the manufacturing, assembly and shipment processes, and the non-machined surfaces are cleaned of surface rust and sprayed with red primer.
7. The paint color of the production line appearance shall be implemented according to user requirements.
Paint appearance: uniform oil film, no sag, orange peel, pinhole bubbles, and the painted surface is not white.

VI. Product advantages :
