1. Drum body steel sheets & drum ends steel sheets production line


Use the lifting equipment to put the steel coil on   de-coil machine→ 7 roller leveler machine→ accumulator→ measurement facility→  cutter→ transporter→ stow stand. Need one person to operate.

A. Cut the steel plate size:  width 600-1320mm; thickness 0.6-1.4mm;
B. Production capacity: cutting 11 time/minute; Max. Cutting speed 25-30m/minute;

  1. Drums cover and bottom production line:
(1)To forming the cover and bottom by 125 T puncher, the raw material is single steel plate, loading and unloading by manual. Unit power is 11KW.

Option:   drum COVER & BOTTOM can be made by 2-125 Ton punch press. This process can save 4-5%  material. But the equipment cost is more than By 125Ton press.
