I. Machine tool use
This machine tool inherits the advantages of traditional gantry machine tools such as strong rigidity of the basic frame, symmetrical structure, and strong stability, and introduces the internationally advanced dynamic rigidity design concept and optimizes the design of moving parts. The machine tool has large torque and good rapid response characteristics, and is suitable for the needs of various mechanical processing fields such as automobiles, molds, aerospace hardware, etc.
II. Overall layout of the machine tool
The overall layout of the machine tool is a fixed-beam and fixed-column gantry frame structure. The base is fixed, and the workbench moves in the X direction on the base; the column is fixed on the base, the crossbeam is fixed on the column, and the slide moves in the Y direction on the crossbeam; the ram moves in the B direction on the slide.
III. Structural features of machine tools
1. High rigidity and long-term precision retention

- The main parts of the machine tool: the base, worktable, column, beam, slide seat and ram are all made of high-quality resin sand molding and high-strength high-quality cast iron. They have a complete heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress and are equipped with sufficient reinforcing ribs to ensure that the whole machine has sufficient strength, rigidity and high stability.
1.2. XY axis adopts heavy-duty roller guide rails with strong rigidity and good dynamic precision.
1.3. The three-axis transmission adopts Taiwan brand large diameter ground double nut ball screw, which has compact structure, stable movement and high precision. The screw support adopts precision screw support bearing, and both ends are pre-stretched to eliminate the precision loss caused by thermal elongation.
1.4. The crossbeam adopts a stepped structure with a large cross-section, a large guide rail span, a short distance from the spindle center to the guide rail surface, a small turning moment and good structural rigidity.
1.5. The highly rigid Taiwan brand gantry-specific spindle is lubricated with grease, which can ensure constant and reliable lubrication of the spindle bearings. It is both economical and environmentally friendly and can achieve long-term maintenance-free.
2. High precision and high dynamic response characteristics
2.1. The spindle adopts high-precision angular contact ball bearings, which makes the spindle have high rigidity and extremely high spindle rotation accuracy.
2.2. XY axis roller guide rails have high precision and large load capacity. Low friction reduces the low-speed creeping phenomenon of the machine tool, has good positioning accuracy, and obtains high dynamic response characteristics.
3. The Z axis adopts an optimized T-shaped slide, which is made of high-strength high-quality cast iron, resin sand molding, a strong lubrication system, and double cylinder nitrogen balance. This structure has good seismic performance
The three-axis rapid movement can reach 10/10/8m/min.
4. High efficiency
BT50-190 Taiwan spindle speed can reach 6000rpm, standard equipped with Italian BF spindle gear box, automatic high and low gear switching, low gear 1:4, high gear 1:1.

V. Installation conditions
1. Temperature
In order to keep the machine tool processing accuracy within the standard value range, the working environment temperature should be ensured to be 17ºC~25ºC, and the temperature change should be kept within: ± 2ºC for 24 hours a day.
If the precision of the processed parts is lower than the factory precision of the machine tool, the ambient temperature range can be relaxed to 10ºC~38ºC.

4. Installation site conditions
The equipment installation site should be away from direct sunlight, vibration sources and heat sources, and away from high-frequency generators, electric welders, etc., to avoid machine tool production failures or loss of machine tool accuracy .

Air source pressure ≥ 0.6Mpa, filtration accuracy 100μm.
In order to ensure the normal working performance of the equipment, if the compressed air of the air source does not meet the air source requirements, a set of air source purification device (dehumidification, degreasing, filtration) should be added before the machine tool air intake

8. Grounding
Good grounding is required. It is recommended that each machine tool be grounded separately. The grounding wire should be a copper wire with a wire diameter of no less than 10mm' and a grounding resistance of less than 4 ohms.
